What the sales figures mean.

This site shows 215 documented closings from the MLS and brokerage records supplied for Cindy’s website. The records span 2005–2026. Each neighborhood page displays the addresses and recorded closing prices that support its summary.

What counts as a closing?

A completed sale counts once. A home sold in different years can appear more than once because those are different transactions. Rentals, referrals and unresolved records are excluded. Private or off-market closings may be missing; the + symbol on neighborhood summaries indicates a minimum documented count.

What does the dollar total measure?

Neighborhood totals add the gross closing prices of the sales displayed on that page. They are not commissions, credited production, a neighborhood-wide market total or a forecast. Historical price ranges describe the recorded homes and years only.

Why is representation sometimes missing?

Buyer or seller representation appears only when confirmed in the supplied brokerage reports. Older MLS exports do not identify the represented side. “Sale recorded” does not imply that Cindy represented both parties.

Why can published production figures differ?

The $44.3 million figure on this site is $44,292,500 in credited closed-sale volume from the supplied 2025 brokerage report, excluding rentals and referrals. The $420 million-plus career figure was confirmed by Cynthia. These measures should not be substituted for a neighborhood’s combined closing prices. External ranking publishers may use different reporting definitions; consult each original source.

How should you use this record?
