Cynthia “Cindy” Howar is a third-generation Washingtonian with Washington Fine Properties. She began working in real estate full time in 2004 and joined WFP in 2009. Before real estate, her work included telecommunications law, business leadership and healthcare technology.

Cindy holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. from Trinity College in Hartford. She pursued doctoral studies in psychology and environmental psychology at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York.
